Not your typical meditation class. Includes music and songs too. This truly is a feast for ones imagination! Great entry level class to introduce meditation in a fun way. Beginner Level 1: In this 5 week program, each week students will be guided into magical safe places through the use of breath-work, imagination and mindfulness. Your imagination is sure to explode with all your senses coming to life as you create safe, happy places that we visit each week through well known fairytales that you will make your own magical safe kingdoms. No previous experience necessary, just a quiet safe place away from all distractions and a willingness to follow along and explore your imagination. Level 1: September 2021-October 2021 Week 1: The Wizard of Oz Adventure Week 2: Your Magical Kingdom Adventure Week 3: Jacks & The Beanstalk Adventure Week 4: The Jungle Book Adventure Week 5: Aladdin’s Magic Carpet Adventure Level 2: October 2021-November 2021 Week 1: Frozen: Meet Anna and Elsa Week 2: Journey into the Magical Kingdom of Elves, Dwarves and Fairies and Snow White as a Special Guest Week 3: Peter Pan off to Neverland Week 4: TBD Week 5: TBD Each class we will take a few minutes to ground ourselves and let go of stress and negative feelings. This will be done with deep breathing in a comfortably seated position in a quiet space. Once students have taken several deep breaths in through their nose and let go of tension and further relax upon exhaling through the mouth, we will then begin our journey in the designated weekly topic. Students will be guided by the instructor on their journey which will be using imagery in their minds eye, smells and perhaps tastes in their minds eye, sounds, touch and feelings. Throughout the meditation students will be encouraged to breathe in love, happiness and joy and let go of any stress and negative feelings. They will also be reminded throughout how excited they are at this moment and happy to be living this experience and that they can come back to this imaginary place at anytime when they need to feel more love, happiness, joy and peace, and at the same time in this happy place they can let go of their worries, stress, anger and any other feelings that serve them no happy purpose. These newly redone tales into meditation are also loosely inspired by the Dalai Lama’s assertion that, “If every eight year-old is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation.”
Learning Goals
Students will learn breath work and mindfulness through the journey their imaginations take them on. Consistent mindful meditation routine will help lower anxiety, anger, fears and create a sense of happiness and well being.

Teacher expertise and credentials
For the past 20 years I have studied meditation And breathing techniques In my daily practice. I am a Yoga Teacher 200HRS and certified Reiki Level Master practitioner. I began practicing yoga over 15 years ago.
I have taken thousands of hours of courses and self study to be able to master my technique to now give the gift of a more happy life to others.
I have studied under Tony Robbins, Ekhart Tolle, Master Sri Arkashana, Yoga Center for Healing, in healing centres in Mexico, Costa Rica, India and more.
Meditation is my passion and my classes are guided with integrity, honesty, love and encouragement.
