This mindfulness program will ignite your imagination as you are guided through magical kingdoms and fairytales using breath work, mindfulness, focus and concentration, as well as songs/music. Ignite your senses, restore your mind and body.

Class experience

Students will learn breath work and mindfulness through the journey their imaginations take them on.  Consistent mindful meditation routine will help lower anxiety, anger, fears and create a sense of happiness and well being. 
For the past 20 years I have studied meditation And breathing techniques In my daily practice.  I am a Yoga Teacher 200HRS and certified Reiki Level Master practitioner. I began practicing yoga over 15 years ago. 

 I have taken thousands of hours of courses and self study to be able to master my technique to now give the gift of a more happy life to others.  

I have studied under Tony Robbins, Ekhart Tolle, Master Sri Arkashana, Yoga Center for Healing, in healing centres in Mexico, Costa Rica, India and more.

Meditation is my passion and my classes are guided with integrity, honesty, love and encouragement.  
Please have a notebook to journal your experience and if time allows we will also write down things we are grateful for and affirmations
