In this class, students will explore a wide variety of the history and culture by examining the hieroglyphics of Ancient Egypt while considering multiple perspectives. During our adventure together, your learner will explore the astounding hieroglyphics of Egypt, when they first started being used, why they were used and what they mean today. Students will enjoy learning using a variety of methods, including videos, slide presentations, drawing, brainstorming, and arts and crafts. They will be encouraged to engage in the class by asking questions and sharing their thoughts from their unique perspective in the online classroom discussion board (since this is a flex class). To ensure a comprehensive understanding of the subject, we will also explore multiple viewpoints and interpretations of historical events. Please have the worksheets downloaded in advance of the class. These will help your learner to take good notes and consider different perspectives
