In this class, learners will get to choose their own itinerary of which incredible locations they'd like to tour in Egypt’s vast Western Desert, an area of the Sahara that lies west of the Nile River. They’ll have fun exploring sights like the pyramids of Dahshur and the wildlife-filled Fayoum Oasis. My dad is Egyptian, so I have always had that personal connection to the country. I also lived in Egypt from 2011-2015 working as a video journalist. One of my favorite experiences was camping many times in Egypt’s gorgeous Western Desert.
