Class Experience
Sentences are the foundation to writing! Students will interact in class as they learn how to write sentences like a pro and become confident and ready for paragraph writing in subsequent grades. Writing sentences is the first of many steps to setting your child up for success in school. Children who can write and express thoughts well in basic sentences will be better able to develop cohesive paragraphs and multi-paragraph writing pieces down the line. Students will learn to write for different purposes and in various forms including creative and narrative.
My classroom experience helping students develop writing sentences into a variety of written formats.
Students will continue the activity using the handout and directions started in class to maintain the steps taught in class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Students will be able to repeat the steps they learned in class
