Description

Class Experience

-	Learn positive kinetic motor patterns 
-	Practice balance, strength, and power 
-	Build confidence and body awareness 
-	Learn about fitness components through the class
-       View exercise as fun, not a chore
I am a Kinesiologist and an OFC, certified personal/group trainer. I have years of experience working with adults and children getting them into shape, safely and in a fun, engaging way. Modifications will help learners push their limits, while also letting them stay in their limits until they are comfortable. 
A tracking sheet will be posted before class starts. There will be multiple weeks on the sheet so learners can track their progress on their own.
