Class Experience

Students will have the opportunity to improve their muscular strength, endurance, balance, flexibility as well as cardiovascular health as they participate in this class. 
Bachelor of Science in Health, Physical Education & Exercise Science with teaching license.  
Taught k-8th grade H/PE for 6 years.
Owned and operated My Gym Children's Fitness Center for 12 years
Shoes with good grip and that are meant for activity or barefoot. Water bottle (no open cups around the technology) Students should wear appropriate clothing for movement. Please no dresses. A safe space of at least 3 feet around the child to move around in. A towel to lay down on or an exercise mat.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Teacher will give verbal feedback throughout class to help learners with their proper form. 
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class involves physical activity and carries a potential of injury.  By enrolling in this class, parents/guardians agree to accept any and all risks of injury that may arise from participation in this class. 

When registering for this class, parents/guardians are stating that their child is physically healthy to participate in class.  If a child should need any modifications, please message me, the teacher, 24 hours prior to the start of class so that I may have time to prepare an inclusion lesson.
