Palersizers learn that warmups and stretching are always the beginning of exercising, as well as ending with cooling down your body. Gross motor skills, coordination and balance are naturally factors. Specifically in this Pal Pirate routine, they will Strengthen & find out where their bicep muscles are, Pal Swimming moves, the macarena, free dance, basketball moves, and learn how to turn on your Pal Imagination to be a Pal Pirate! Board the Palee Walee Pirate ship & learn numbers on treasure maps, help people & swim with the Dolphins And the Whales!

Pal Homework is FUN! Pal Pirate Homework Recite The Pal Pirate Oath: I am a Pal Pirate! And Pal Pirates Help People! That's what Pal Pirates do! "Pal Pirates, Go out into the world and help people!" Aye Aye Captain Pal Mel! Pal Pirates examples: Help your Mom & Dad at home, help your brothers and sisters when they need it, ask your teachers if there's anything you can help them with in class and Always help your friends! Even your doggies & kitty cats! If you want to have Fun, Repeat as many times as Pal necessary! Repeat0 hours per week outside of class

Any and all movement is Palmazing! The goal here is to instill confidence, while instilling a belief to continue with exercise for life, because the Pal Brain has associated exercise with FUN! Palersize is non competitive. With the 3-5 age group, it's important to let them feel comfortable and confident in their own movement, with no right or wrong, as long as their moving.Grades Offered
Pal Treasure Maps: Make your very own, with pieces of cardboard 8 1/2 x 11 or Bigger. Now write numbers 1-12 on each cardboard (one # to a card) Think, Bink ,Wink, its a Treasure Map AND Flash cards after the ship has sailed away!
*3 year olds commonly watch the first class or two before Palticipating. It is their way of learning : ) and its ALL good! They jump in when ready. It's part of the process. It's Paldorable! Children 3-5 should not be left alone while taking Palersize. This age group can be prone to injury, especially in a living environment. Please remain close by for assistance if need be. Also, Please let them explore their own way of movement. Time is their best friend! The more they Palersize, the more they discover how to do the movement on their own.
