Palersize Adventures in Fitness Routines consists of *Gross Motor Skills, coordination & basic aerobic movement designed to engage little ones. Palersizers learn Positivity, Creativity, Healthy Habits, as well as experience FUN, Fitness and Friendship! Coordination, balance, nutrition, how to eat healthy & be happy, basic aerobic movements that result in body awareness
Children 3-5 should not be left alone while taking Palersize. This age group can be prone to injury, especially in a living environment. Please remain close by for assistance if need be. Also, Please let them explore their own way of movement. Time is their best friend! The more they Palersize, the more they discover how to do the movement on their own : )
Pal Homework: Eat vegetables! in the evening please use your Pal Manners and ask who ever is cooking you dinner, "May i please have a vegetable with dinner tonight." Thanksgiving Pal Homework: When you sit down with your Pal family for Thanksgiving dinner, please eat your vegetables first!
One to three hula hoops ( which will represent Mayflower ships) *A stuffed animal turkey or something that represents the Thanksgiving theme ( *OPTIONAL ) I will be using a BIG stuffed animal turkey. They can walk towards the zoom screen, as in walking forward & back to My turkey. In that case, they do not need to use a stuffed animal of their own.
Any and all movement is Palmazing! The goal here is to instill confidence, while instilling a belief to continue with exercise for life, because the Pal Brain has associated exercise with FUN! Palersize is non competitive. With the 3-6 age group, it's important to let them feel comfortable and confident in their own movement, with no right or wrong, as long as their moving.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
3 year olds commonly watch the first class or two before Palticipating. It is their way of learning : ) and its ALL good! They jump in when ready. It's part of the process. It's Paldorable!
