Class Experience

How to have fun, dance and cheer with their peers in a physical activity setting, building on social skills and encouragement of others.
Stay active!
comfortable fitting gym clothes , sneakers, bottle of water and enough space for them to dance and jump around
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Each class will be the same template, we will determine how your child is progressing through the fit test (1 minute of burpees)  and the Borg scale. In the beginning we will have your child complete as many burpees as they can in one minute. Each week when they complete the class again the number of reps for their burpees should increase.
40 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
**If the child has any health risks or concerns please consult their pediatrician or medical provider before enrolling in class.
