This is class follows the objectives of the game BINGO, however, each space on the game board has basic exercises participants must do to mark off the space.

Description
Class Experience
Students will have a chance to learn fun exercises and correct exercise form. Students will follow directions and objectives of the game. Class will be held on Zoom platform. Students will all have a few BINGO cards, which will be posted on the classroom page prior to class. We will all engage in the fun exercises and mark spaces on our own BINGO board. Hopefully we can end up with a BINGO and have some fun with fitness. Welcome and Objective: 3-5 minutes BINGO Fitness Fun: 35-40...
Students may find a new exercise they like. They will take turns and experience themselves and others getting BINGOs and offering congratulations for all.
I have coached numerous sports over the past 30 years on various levels and have been a certified referee and fitness instructor. Assisted with Special Olympics and adaptive sports. I hold a degree in Psychology and an MBA in Sports Management. I also hold a 150-hour master teacher certificate for teaching English as a second language courses. Furthermore, I have served as a college counselor for almost 5 years advising students and families on the college acceptance process. I have taught middle school, have been an academic administrator in a Pre-K 12 school and was a founding director of a Learning center. I was a college athlete and have a passion for sports!

A scarf, ribbon, or tissues to swirl and an inflated balloon - not helium. Don't forget the fun!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Encouragement offered throughout the class.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please provide students a safe place where they can run in place, swing arms and legs, tap a balloon, lie on the floor and cycle their feet, even swirl a scarf or ribbon.
