Executive Function Boot Camp: Strengthening Productivity in Teens + ADHD Brain

This executive function boot camp provides students with a strong foundation of necessary skills to succeed.  Students will learn meaningful + relevant tools + strategies that they can implement in and out of school to prepare for all of life's challenges.  Skills taught within this boot camp consist of: time management, task initiation, planning, prioritizing + organizational skills .

Skills taught within this workshop consist of time management, task initiation, planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills.  
Session 1:  Intro to Executive Function Skills-Planning, Prioritizing + Organizing: 3 skills that piggyback off of one another so it's best to teach these together 
Session 2: Overcoming Procrastination: tips + tricks that actually work on improving task initiation (procrastination), Time Management Tools + Strategies: learn how to become more self-reliant and a bit on effective study methods. 
Each lesson is taught through direct instruction utilizing slide presentations, personal examples, guided worksheets, checklists, task cards and class discussions.  This is an interactive course designed to listen to students' challenges and brainstorm ways to tackle them.  There is no need for prior knowledge of the subject matter as most students are not familiar with the term executive function, but they will be by the end of this workshop:) *If you do not see a time slot that fits your schedule, please don't hesitate to reach out to request a specific time, I am more than happy to try and accommodate as many families' schedules as possible
