I have taught Art and Design and Photography in secondary schools and sixth forms in the UK for over 13 years, honing my approach until my teaching was consistently graded outstanding against the OFSTED framework. In addition to this I have run hundreds of art workshops for children both in the UK and Ireland. I am proud to develop and run Future Creatives workshops (both online and in person) for the University of the Arts London (UAL) which comprises of 6 colleges, among them Central Saint Martins and Chelsea College of Arts. I am passionate about promoting the creative process in children and am always positive, friendly and encouraging! I specialise in helping children with low self-confidence in art improve their skills and rediscover the joy of making art.

No formal homework although learners will progress faster by practising between classes.Assessments Offered

Learners will need a pencil, eraser and sharpener and, for some classes, a q-tip/cotton bud for blending. (Occasionally we may need something else such as a ruler or circular object to draw around, however I will post in the classroom a day or two before the class if this is the case.)
