Description

Class Experience

This 4-week flexible class is based off my most popular one time classes. 

As a Kindergarten teacher, experienced in student inquiry, I will build upon your child's love of animals!  Students will learn fun facts about each animal, as they complete a guided drawing of it.  

The course outline is as follows:

Week One:  Hamster week!  Students will learn new and fun facts about hamsters, as they meet my own pet hamster.  They will also complete a step by step drawing of a hamster.

Week Two:...

Students will learn new and fun facts about animals.
Students will complete a weekly drawing of an animal.
Students will engage with the teacher and students in an online format.

Students will watch the weekly video each week and learn 1 new fun fact about the weekly animal.
Students will complete a weekly animal drawing.
Students will ask questions or share knowledge with the teacher or other class participants.

Students will need paper and a pencil.  As well, they may wish to have coloured pencils or markers to colour their drawings.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
