Description

Class Experience

This one time course with one learner will focus on learning reading strategies to enhance reading comprehension such as skimming, retelling, questioning skills, identifying vocabulary, and writing responses. The learner will review phonics rules that relate to passage they are reading to help them read more fluently. 

I can provide individualized tutoring for your learner by assisting them with homework that requires reading and comprehension.  I can also administer a Qualitative Reading...

Learners will learn reading strategies that will enhance their reading comprehension.

Learners will not be assigned homework.

The learner should bring paper, pencil, and/or the homework they want to work on.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
