Description
Class Experience
In this one-time class, learners will begin the class with introductions and a quick discussion of our focus word for our practice. We will begin class with some light stretches, followed by an opportunity for students to request any of their favorite yoga poses for our practice. We will then move into our yoga practice; which will involve a series of poses aimed at relaxing the body and mind for a great nights sleep. Students will build self confidence and get healthy through this fun wellness course. Students will learn a multitude of positions and strategies to end the day on a great note!
There is no homework for this class
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will need an open workout space, footwear is suggested, and a water bottle (optional). Injuries can occur if stretches or exercises are not done correctly. Students are advised to listen closely to the teacher's instructions.
