Enjoy a mindfulness sharing session and a relaxing evening yoga practice to end the day on a positive note and get a great night’s sleep!

Class experience

Students will build self confidence and get healthy through this fun wellness course.  Students will learn a multitude of positions and strategies to end the day on a great note!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Students will need an open workout space, footwear is suggested, and a water bottle (optional). Injuries can occur if stretches or exercises are not done correctly. Students are advised to listen closely to the teacher's instructions.
