This is a 5-week class where your student will learn how to write 3 main types of essays. This is beneficial for any student and I try to make the process fun because we write about topics they enjoy or relate to! #academic

Class Experience

US Grade 7 - 10

Beginner - Intermediate Level

Important Info: 
Older and younger students are welcome as well depending on their writing level. The class is for Middle or High School students who need to learn proper essays. This class does move a bit faster than my 10 week class but covers essentials. 

If your student wants to go to college or even succeed in high school, or get a good career, these are skills they will need to know.  I have worked with students and taught them how to do this for 8 years as a certified English teacher....

Students will leave class knowing how to construct a solid essay in all three main forms: Informative, Persuasive, and Opinion.

I have taught for many years and I am certified in various subjects, but have been certified in English for 8 years. I have taught in the classroom and in the largest Charter in the US. I have worked with students for many years on their English and grammar skills and I still see students who struggle. When students leave me, most have a solid grasp on the topic I have covered. I like making learning fun and interactive.

Homework Offered
They will have a little homework weekly to finish their writing, but most will be done in class.

They just need to be prepared to use Google Docs. This makes it easier for me to give my feedback.
