Description
Class Experience
Students will understand fraction concepts and be able to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication and division on fractions and mixed numbers.
Learners will watch interactive video assignments and complete assignments, activities and quizzes in Khan Academy.
Notebook and something to write with for notetaking during the video lessons.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
There will be small, informal assessments throughout the course. There will be an optional Unit Test available in Khan Academy at the conclusion of the course.
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
