Class Experience

US Grade 5 - 8
In this ongoing weekly course I will cover a research-backed easy to use formulaic approach that helps students write a clear multi-paragraph essay so that they can feel confident as a writer. All lessons will cover writing an introduction paragraph (with a thesis statement), supporting paragraphs and a conclusion paragraph.

Each class will be differentiated and tailored to the students in the class and their individual needs and topics will be student led and selected each session at the beginning of class time. This class is especially excellent for younger writers who want to move ahead or practice writing solid paragraphs, also for students who have mastered the basics but would still benefit from the practice in paragraph development and older students where 5 paragraph essay writing may still be a challenge and they need an easy system to remember master multi-paragraph essay writing.
