Writing an essay may seem like a BIG task, but not anymore! In this class, we will take time to build our understanding of a 5-paragraph essay. We will start with going over the structure of an essay, what the different parts are, and how they all work together. Throughout this we will pause to discuss our understanding, practice our skills through games, and by the end we will take time to practice writing an essay together. We will use Nearpod to help us work alongside one another as we develop our understanding and knowledge about this kind of writing. For this class, all you need is some paper, a pencil, and some perseverance!
