Class Experience
* This class is for high-intermediate to advanced / fluent SPANISH speakers: 100% in Spanish, accompanied by a real cottontail rabbit (and sometimes a tortoiseshell kitten)! * If you're not sure about your learner's Spanish level, please consider whether they will feel confident and comfortable discussing these topics in Spanish: Lenguaje positivo - positive language Agradecimiento - gratitude Confianza - confidence Gestión de la frustración - dealing with frustration Empatía -...
This class is taught in Spanish.
Students will participate in a variety of activities designed to encourage conversations about having a positive attitude. Students will practice identifying and using these strategies: positive language, expressing gratitude, confidence, dealing with frustration, empathy.
I am licensed to teach Early Childhood and Spanish K-12, and I speak Spanish at home with my family.
If you have a paper or notebook and pencils, crayons, or markers ready, we will draw together in class! Your learner can use whatever he or she feels comfortable drawing with.
1 hour 20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
