My Conejito and I are excited to help your little ones love starting to learn Spanish! This immersion Spanish class is for total beginners -- if you're not sure if it will be a good fit, check out the list of topics below. Through games, songs, movement, and drawing, we'll have fun learning and practicing new words. Each week, we'll have a different theme, so students will have plenty of opportunities to practice proper pronunciation and retain the new words and usage. We'll have a set of...
- Learners will recognize and pronounce new vocabulary words in Spanish - Learners will use new words in order to participate in games and activities - Learners will have a positive view of learning a new language
I am licensed to teach Spanish K-12, and I speak Spanish at home with my family.
No homework, but I hope that the learners can practice their new words and phrases as much as possible outside of class. Even if there are no Spanish speakers around, they can practice with family members and / or play games (like the games we play in class) to review.
If you have a paper or notebook and pencils, crayons, or markers ready, we will draw together in class! Your learner can use whatever he or she feels comfortable drawing with.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
