Class Experience

In this class, English language learners will learn (and/or) review words related to the season of summer. Students will also practice with phrases and sentences, enabling them to engage in simple conversations about summer and summer-related items and activities. The class is structured in an informal, fun, joyous, and relaxed way, allowing students to feel comfortable with trying out a new language. Students will be able to identify and use English words, phrases, and sentences related to the season of summer.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Formative assessment will be utilized throughout the lesson to determine student understanding.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
