ESL Gymnastics Class

In this ongoing class, students will learn basic beginner gymnastics skills while practicing conversational English.  This class is an introduction to gymnastics, so no prior knowledge is required.  All levels of English are welcome!  

This class is learner-directed.  I evaluate the skill level of every class each week and choose focus skills based on the ability of the class.  Classes typically follow the basic schedule as written below.

This class is learner-directed and each week may look different depending on the skill level of each student. 

The class structure will look like this: 
0-5 min - Welcome and introductions
10-15 - Warm-up
15-25 - Gymnastics practice.  We will practice the skills as well as the new words that students will learn.
25-30 - Wrap up and goodbye

Please practice gymnastics in a soft, safe spot, away from any breakables or tables.  Please provide a soft area for students to practice gymnastics.
