Welcome to your personalized ESL tutoring with our highly experienced, TEFL-certified educators who bring energy, patience, and a whole lot of fun into every lesson! Whether your learner is just starting their English journey or working to strengthen grammar, vocabulary, reading, or conversation skills—this 1:1 class is fully tailored to their level, learning style, and goals.

Our educators speak multiple languages and understands what it’s like to learn a new one! Through games, stories, visuals, and meaningful conversations, your learner will feel confident and supported as they grow their English skills in a relaxed and friendly environment.

This is what an ESL 1:1 private tutoring lesson could look like: 

🟢 Warm-up (5 min)
Greeting and simple conversation (How are you? What’s your name?)

Icebreaker game: “This or That” (e.g. Cats or Dogs? Pizza or Pasta?)

🟡 Vocabulary + Phrases (10 min)
Words to describe yourself and others (e.g. friendly, tall, funny, likes reading)

Sentence structures: “I am…” / “She is…” / “He likes…”

🔵 Speaking Activity (10 min)
Show & Tell: Use a favorite object or drawing to talk about yourself
(“This is my book. I like reading. It’s funny!”)

🟠 Listening & Understanding (10 min)
Short educator-led story or dialogue with comprehension questions
(e.g. “Meet Leo and Mia – Who likes music? Who has a dog?”)

🟣 Wrap-Up Game (5–7 min)
Matching or drawing game (e.g. match the person to their hobby or draw your “Super You” with labels!)
Review and goodbye – What did we learn today?

Every session includes lots of speaking opportunities, interactive materials, and a focus on real-world communication. From school help to pronunciation practice—we’re here for it all!

Parental Guidance
In this class, we will occasionally use Nearpod and Kahoot Quizzes through a link that the teacher shares with the learner. The learner will not need to sign in. In addition, we might use a Google document for written assignments and vocabulary. Occasionally, the teacher will share educational, appropriate youtube videos to provide additional material.
Supply List
Educators will provide hand-outs and interactive quizzes. Learners should have paper and a pencil or pen available to take notes or to draw.
