Students will learn about monkeys while solving clues to earn the key to escape from the Monkey House at the zoo. Your class has gone on a school trip to the local zoo. You walk around for hours until you sit down on a bench in the monkey house to rest. Oh no! You fall asleep! When you wake up your classmates are gone and you are all alone! You hear the door bang shut and you are locked in the monkey house. Don't worry. Some of the monkeys in the monkey house are hiding clues. You need to solve them to earn words. Use those words to solve the secret password to earn a key to unlock the door and find your classmates. Are you ready? Clue 1- Braille Clue 2- Place value Clue 3- Weight on a scale Clue 4- unscramble words Clue 5- cryptogram Clue 6- word search This class is also listed in my ongoing, weekly Escape Rooms & Adventures Weekly Language Arts, Math & Science Club CEFR A2-B2. I have sections listed at different times throughout the week. If you are interested in a weekly escape class, I suggest you check the Escape Room Club description to find an appropriate day and time. I look forward to helping your learner solve the clues. ~Teacher Sharon :-)

Hello! My name is Sharon, Teacher Sharon. I am both thankful and excited to have this opportunity to help children from all over the world have fun while learning. I love making learning fun!
I have my Masters of Education (MEd) and over 20 years of experience teaching and learning from children of all ages. I have experience as a nursery school director, a Kid's Club supervisor (twice) and a classroom teacher for Pre-K through high school. I have also taught technology, after-school elementary science classes, cupcake decorating, and brick building.
I am very fortunate to have grown up overseas and have lived all over the world. Some of my many passions include creating fun, educational classes, scuba diving, traveling, science, crafting, my precious dog, cat, fish and snails and of course teaching.
I like to keep class sizes small to help learners engage and participate. If your child is interested in any of my classes that are not currently scheduled, or if a different time or day would work better for you, please feel free to contact me.
Learning in my classroom is engaging, energetic, fun, enjoyable, upbeat and entertaining. "Your child won't want to leave at the end of class and will beg to come back for more." (That's my superhero catch phrase.)
NOTE: I am very flexible with class scheduling. If you are interested in one of my classes, but you don't see it listed on a day or time that you want, please find a class that is already listed when you want the class. Send me a message and I will do my best to switch the class that you want with the one that is already listed.
I look forward to helping your child have fun while learning. Have a wonderful day,
~Teacher Sharon🙂
