This one-time lesson introduces the world wonder known as the Colosseum. Students will learn basic information about the Colosseum by completing various activities. To make it an engaging learning experience, it is structured as an escape room where students solve riddles, answer questions, put things in order, etc. in order to understand the Colosseum and collect numbers to unlock the room and escape. This helps the students learn facts about the Colosseum in an interactive way. This escape room uses 1 YouTube video, Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, and Forms. No login will be necessary to copy, use, or complete the activities. As a self-paced class, do as little or as much as you'd like! You can finish the escape room in an hour, or do it a little at a time. There are no live meetings with the teacher or other peers. Students do not need any prior knowledge to do this class! Please message us if you get stuck and we would be happy to give you a clue! We will respond in less than 24 hours and sometimes in as little as an hour.
