Students will solve holiday-themed puzzles, decode riddles, and attempt to escape a life-sized gingerbread house before its disgruntled owner, the Nutcracker, returns; Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker Suite" provides the soundtrack to the game.

While Christmas shopping at the mall, you notice a display with a life-sized gingerbread house decorated with candy. Other kids are admiring it too, and since you're tired of shopping, you all decide to sneak inside the house to check it out, even though there is a sign outside that reads: "Do not enter----Home of Nutcracker." Once inside, you realize you are trapped. You must work together to solve problems and decipher codes to unlock different rooms and make your escape from the giant gingerbread house before the Nutcracker returns. This game is filled with puzzles and codes, and students will hear "Russian Dance," "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy", "Waltz of the Flowers", "March", and "Dance of the Flutes" from Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker Suite". No previous music knowledge is needed.
