Beginning Piano Lessons is a class offered for any students that are interested in learning piano. I love making piano lessons fun! - Students will meet once a week for 30 minutes. - All lessons are One to One. - This class is for a beginner to advanced level student. There is no pre-requisite knowledge. - FULL SIZE (88-key piano) or full size (88-key keyboard) is REQUIRED. If a student has a keyboard it needs to have weighted keys and touch sensitivity. *Please be able to put the camera on the side of the keyboard/piano to capture the hands/arms/back position* I love to reach learners where they are at! Possible instructional needs may be: -Hand/arm/body position -Rhythm -Notation reading -Notation identification -Musicality -Musicianship skills -Piano Technic Our first lesson will go over expectations, answer learner questions, assess where the student currently is, create plan of action, and assign repertoire. Each lesson will go at the student’s pace. Students will work on 2-5 (or more) pieces each week.

Parental Guidance
Parents will need to supply a functioning instrument for the student. Parents will also be expected to purchase the books we will utilize during lessons. ***Please consult with me prior to purchasing books.***
The most successful students at the piano, have parents that cheer them on!
Supply List
Student will need the following supplies: Piano music, cost will be about $10-$40 The exact music will be dependent on the ability levels of the student (please consult with me before you purchase books). Pencil with eraser Spiral notebook Acoustic piano or 88-key keyboard with weighted keys and touch sensitivity Additionally piano music will need to be purchased as the student progresses.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
