Class Experience

US Grade 9 - 12
The fundamentals of writer's purpose will be explored in depth. Why do writers write how they do? Of course, their purpose exists in this realm of the Author's Purpose Pie: to persuade, inform, and entertain. This class will include each author's purpose in depth, with an addition of practice writing an essay for each. My classes offer a student-led approach, and allow each student to gain strengths in areas of writing that they may need more help in.
