Description

Class Experience

The goal is to inspire towards entrepreneurship while equipping with a foundation to succeed.
I have been a serial entrepreneur for five decades, across a wide variety of business types including retail, publishing, repair, photography, computer science, agriculture, professional services, etc. My position has usually be founder or on the founding team, and usually worked as owner or C and VP level executive. These businesses have ranged from teams of 1 to 100+. Some have operated successfully, some were acquired, and some failed (yes, it happens to the best of us). Through it all I have learned what works and what doesn't. Now I desire to pass this wealth of experience on to the next generation.

This course is my heart as well as my skill and experience.
In the background of the weekly sessions, each student will be building out their own business plan to be presented in week 10.
There will be some suggested reading, commonly available books to further the principles discussed. These will be given during the course as the topics come up.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
