US Grade Preschool - 1
Beginner Level
In this 12-week self-paced (asynchronous) class, we will have a blast learning the most commonly taught math skills during the Kindergarten school year! We will use various objects, pictures, an online whiteboard, etc to help us learn these skills. Each lesson will include pre-recorded, engaging educational videos posted in the classroom. Watch and interact with the videos at the time that is most convenient for you. That's one thing I love about self-paced classes. Everybody's...

No pre-reqs required for this class.
1 file available upon enrollmentLearners can use various objects around their home when practicing the math skills that we go over in class. Paper/pencil or anything to write on and write with will be necessary in order to solve the math problems that will be given during class (optional). A link to the online whiteboard will be posted for lessons 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12. It can be used for the learning activities and/or for extra practice (optional). If the learners would like to use paper/pencil or their own dry-erase board/markers, etc instead of the online whiteboard, they can. All learning activities are optional (they are used for extra practice). Optional: Learners can post pictures of their favorite characters, toys, games, clothing, etc in our classroom for each lesson (except for lesson 5-no theme) to match the theme of the week.
Parent/s please feel free to offer any additional assistance to your learner/s if you see him/her struggling to complete any of the learning activities that we go over in class. These will be fun, optional activities that we will do once per lesson. Instructions will be posted with each assignment.
