First you’ll want to combine your glue and water together in a mixing bowl and mix until they are well incorporated. Next add in your glitter and snow balls and stir well. Now stir in your liquid starch a little at a time until you get a consistency that you like! And just like that you’re done!! All set to play and have some awesome winter fun!
