US Grade 3 - 6
What will be taught:
Students learn verbs that tells what is subject is doing right now is in the present tense.
Students learn verbs that show something has already happened isi n the past tense.
Students learn a verb that tells that something is going to happen is in the future. 
Students learn the rules for each tense. 
Students learn will learn to put their writing using the three tenses. 
Students learn to proofread a story and correct the tense in the story. 
Class will be taught through doc cam, slides, Nearpod. There will be some student engagement for the writing activity. Some discussion or lectures. 
Some experience or knowledge of Introduction to verbs. 
Worksheets will be provided with answer keys for more practice at home.

Parental Guidance
Parental guidance is helpful in case of technical difficulty or help for logging on to the zoom. Students do not need any expensive toys, furnishings or other items. They do need well designed space that is safe for the student to do activities/projects. Parental guidance is necessary incase student needs help with an activity with guidance. Such as gluing, cutting with scissors etc. There are no third party websites that will be used for each week for the lessons or signing in for accounts.
