Level: Beginner (students should know how to sound out words and answer simple questions) Topic: Sports Students will practice eight vocabulary words from a colorful PowerPoint presentation. They will learn pronunciation, identification, and spelling. They will also learn how to answer the question "What sport do you like?" This class is taught in English.
By the end of the class, students should know how to pronounce and identify the eight target vocabulary words.
Follow-up worksheets will be available after the class. The worksheets will include vocabulary review, spelling practice, and a coloring activity.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
