English 202 - Introduction to Opinion / Persuasive Writing
In this 4 week course, students will be shown the fundamentals on how to properly construct an Opinion Essay while using facts and logic to persuade others to agree with those opinions.

Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
This class is to strengthen student's skills in opinion/persuasive writing.
Homework will be assigned each week and will include: Worksheets Writing Assignments Vocabulary Games
Students will need to arrive to each class with the following supplies: - pencils - highlighters - paper - folders - notebooks - index cards - printed worksheets (when posted) All worksheets will be provided. Students are to check the Outschool Message Board before each class. If posted, print all worksheets and have them available when entering the classroom. If any other supplies are needed during the course of the session, students will be informed a full week prior.
Students will self-asses on the final day of the course.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
