Class Experience
English/Language Arts encompasses many different topics from writing to reading to critical thinking. For some students, they may struggle with one concept in this array of topics or they may struggle with many of the topics. Wherever your learner is with their skills, I am there to meet them. This may include feedback and support on specific projects or general help with basic essay structure to grammar, syntax, reasoning, expression, or word choice or maybe we need to develop comprehension...
Goals will be determined by the individual needs of the students.
No assigned homework for this course unless requested or needed to reach our goals. However, I will always keep in mind that the student has a very busy schedule and my assignments should enhance their efforts and not become a burden.
All suggested materials: computer internet paper writing utensils highlighters therasus dictionary books they like to read homework they may want support with
Students will be assessed informally based on their participation and performance of various tasks in class.
