Endangered Animals of the Americas (Flex)
Class experience
Students will learn what an endangered species is, why these animals are important, the threats they face, and some fun facts. We will learn about vulnerable and endangered animals from North and South America. Each week there will be an interactive Nearpod lesson, two discussion questions, and a Who am I? animal identification game. The discussion questions will challenge students to think of ways they can help endangered species and to predict what would happen if these animals go extinct....
Students will improve their understanding of endangered species, and strengthen their critical thinking and problem solving skills.
