Encanto Singing Lessons Camp- Sing Like the Stars!

In this 3 day camp students will learn a brief overview of the basics of how to be a star singer. In the beginning of class I will teach the students how to warm up their voices properly and coach students in a new singing technique each day. Every class will be different! Some examples are: proper chin position, the different voice registers, an explanation of lip trills and humming. I will demonstrate each step and students will mirror me (if they are able). Slides will be used in some classes. Learning how to sing properly allows singers of all styles of music to perform well without fatigue or damage to the voice.

We will than apply what we learned by singing along to various hit Encanto Songs. Students will be given the opportunity to sing solos in order for receive coaching (this is not required). Students will have to sing with mute on during group sing due to the limitations of the zoom platform. 

We will start each class off with an Ice Breaker game, and vocal warmups.

Proper posture, and breathing techniques.
