Ready to dance?! This dance party workout features classes built on Zumba style. The classes are beginner friendly, simple dance combinations that are easy to follow and keep learners engaged. It is advised to have some extra stretching after the class. Learners need an open space to participate safely in the class. Gym shoes, comfortable clothing as well as water to hydrate throughout the class. If a learner has any disability or injury I ask parents to message me before hand or let me know at the beginning of the class to make the appropriate modifications. It is also advised for parents to be close to the learners for safety precautions. I will be your kid's biggest hype woman. My goal with this class is for my learners to have fun, work on their coordination and leave the classroom feeling accomplished of their dance moves.
