Come dance with me, while we celebrate some of the great and amazing things we love about Encanto! This dance fusion class takes elements of hip hop, Latin dance and more, to create a fun and energetic dance combination! Class begins with sharing what we love about the Encanto! We will then move into a warm up and stretch on the floor. Next we will stand up and begin across the floor and center floor where we will learn dance movement and terminology. Then we will learn a fun and energetic dance to "We Don't Talk About Bruno!" Followed by Craft Time, where we will color and decorate our Magical Doors! (printable) As time allows, at the end of class we will either have another share time, or we will play a game!
Learning Goals
In class dancers will learn a variety of dance movement, technique and terminology. We will practice balance, flexibility, and coordination skills. We will also practice taking turns talking, and raising our hand when we want to speak. We will flex our creativity through our craft. But most of all we will have FUN!
