Come dance with me, while we celebrate some of the great and amazing things we love about Encanto! This dance fusion class takes elements of hip hop, Latin dance and more, to create a fun and energetic dance combination! Class begins with sharing what we love about the Encanto! We will then move into a warm up and stretch on the floor. Next we will stand up and begin across the floor and center floor where we will learn dance movement and terminology. In class dancers will learn a variety of dance movement, technique and terminology. We will practice balance, flexibility, and coordination skills. We will also practice taking turns talking, and raising our hand when we want to speak. We will flex our creativity through our craft. But most of all we will have FUN!

Please create a space that is open and large enough for your dancer to move, dance, jump and glide without bumping into things. Learners should wear comfortable clothing that they can easily move in. Encanto attire is encourage, but not required. Learners should either wear ballet shoes or have bare feet. Please no socks, as dancers can easily slip while wearing them. Dancers may have a water bottle nearby, and take a sip when needed. Please help your learner know how to mute and unmute themselves. There could be times during the class when this skill is needed.
