In this Flex Course Dancers will work on learning not only basic steps to Encanto’s most popular songs, but they will also explore the culture behind each dance. This is a beginner level class, no previous experience required.

Class Experience
I was born and raised in Colombia and grew up dancing and listening to Colombian music like vallenato, cumbia colombiana, salsa, and other latin music. My love for my country gives me the joy to share experiences of my upbringing with others. Learning a traditional dance and performing it in front of parents or students is one of those experiences I loved as kid and I want to share it with you.
Comfortable clothing for dancing A suitable space to dance and/or record dances. Water bottle!!!! Please make sure to drink water before, during, and after class. Hydration is very important. Each dance might have an outfit to go with it, you can use anything you'd like to improvise the outfit if you so choose to.
No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
