Description
Class Experience
Learning Goal: Students will Week 1: Students will learn about different meals of the day and begin seeing breakfast foods. Students will also work on answering questions about what they might eat at different times of the day. Week 2: Students will continue to learn about different meals of the day and discuss lunch items. Week 3: Students will learn about different meals of the day and discuss dinner items. Students will review words from the previous lesson and will answer questions about ordering at different times of the day. Week 4: Students will work on designing a menu for their family or a "restaurant". They will use vocabulary learned in previous lessons and review using an online game.
Students will be provided with handouts and links in the classroom which they will able to access after class for review. These assignments do not need to be returned to the teacher as they are only for review purposes.
Handouts may be provided after the class for review. Students will also be given different links where they may go and review different words that have been learned in class.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
