In this class, we will discuss how to find our voice, develop ways to change negative habits and beliefs, play empowering games, exercises and learn techniques for dealing with stress and anxiety.

Class Experience
Students will learn the effective techniques for building confidence. Students will learn how to break down negative beliefs and create new lasting positive beliefs. Students will learn the practice of mediation, affirmations, visualizations, and breath work. Students will learn strategies for empowering themselves.
I am a successful Outschool teacher with proven methods for success. I am a certified teacher with 15+ years of teaching in the public, private, homeschool, university model, online, or private tutoring sector. I have a BA in Business Communications, a writing minor, and a teacher's certification and have been Charlotte Mason trained at Ambleside University and am currently in the process of becoming a licensed therapist. I have a proven dynamic teaching style and animated approach to teaching and learning. I have training and experience as a sales representative, marketing assistant, and call center manager which provided years of experience in public speaking. In addition, I'm passionate about meeting socio-emotional needs, in addition to academics, and lead mental health workshops that focus on prevention and resiliency workshops for kids through engaging activities, games, role-playing, crafts, and socratic group discussions. I am a trained family mediator and life coach who loves to empower people of all shapes and sizes combat negative beliefs and rebuild their life with effective daily strategies towards a fulfilling, empowered mindset.
