This is an ongoing class that gives kids a chance to get much-needed exercise through a fun learning method, in during their busy day. There is no need for grading or belt progression. However, our instructors will be sure to give feedback to the kids who stay onboard and keep them growing and accelerating through the program.Grading

Our class focuses on introducing young learners to various martial arts disciplines, including karate, taekwondo, kung fu, and more. They will learn fundamental techniques, such as stances, strikes, kicks, and blocks, while also exploring fitness exercises that improve their strength, flexibility, and overall physical fitness. 4 Week Current Curriculum: 1. Week of <Aug 4-10>: Axe Kicks, Crescent Kicks, Hook Kicks, Plyometrics, Single Leg Strength 2. Week of <Aug 11-17>: Axe Kicks, Crescent Kicks, Hook Kicks, Plyometrics, Single Leg Strength 3. Week of <Aug 18-24>: Movement Axe Kicks, Crescent Kicks, Hook Kicks, Plyometrics, Single Leg Strength 4. Week of <Aug 25-31>: Movement with Axe Kicks, Crescent Kicks, Hook Kicks, Plyometrics, Single Leg Strength What topics will be covered? Throughout the sessions, we will cover a range of topics to enhance your child's martial arts and fitness journey. These may include basic self-defense techniques, coordination drills, agility exercises, cardiovascular workouts, core strengthening, and exercises to develop focus and discipline. How is the class structured? The class is designed to be engaging and fast-paced, ensuring that your child remains active and entertained. Each session typically begins with a warm-up and stretches, followed by martial arts technique instruction and fitness exercises. We incorporate interactive games, partner drills, and challenges to keep the class dynamic and exciting. How will we teach it? Our experienced instructors use a combination of demonstration, verbal instruction, and visual aids to effectively teach the martial arts techniques and fitness exercises.
