- Learner's Goals depends on the Grade Level/Student Placement and Parental/Care Giver recommendation. Here is a Basic outline of suggented goals for the different levels: K Level: Basic Phonics, Reading, Basic Penmanship, Number recognition, Simple equations 1 Level: Phonics, Reading Comprehension, Simple Sentences, Addition, Subtraction, Simple Word Problems 2 Level: Phonics/Sight Words, Reading Comprehension, Editing and Revising Sentences, Measurement, Shapes, Word Problems 3 Level: Parts of Speech, Descriptive Writing, Multiplication, Division, Word Problems and Graphs
I have homeschooled my my 9 children for 25 years, substitute taught for 6 years and taught on Outschool for 4 years. I have taught a wide range of subjects from grades K-8. I am familiar with and have used a variety of different curriculum. The curriculum suggested in the Materials section is the curriculum I found to be homeschool friendly with most of my children, but not all. I have taught many classes in public, private and community classrooms.

Homework
Frequency: includedFeedback: includedDetails: Homework will be assigned from Math, Readig and Writing. However, most homework will take no more than 30 minutes per day. Students will also work on a variety of projects both during class and outside of class. A calendar will be provided for book reading and larger projects in the classroom.Assessment
Frequency: includedDetails: Students will be assessed orally, through mini projects and weekly homework assignments. Students will also participate in game based assessments, Kahoots, Spelling Bees and reading circles.
