I hold a B.Sc. (H, Psy) and a M.A.Psych as well I'm certified and licensed in many coaching modalities including Erickson Coaching, Louise Hay Heal Your Life, MBSR, IIN Health Coaching, & others. As a former social worker, therapist and now turned professional coach I have spent decades working with kids and youth. As a mom to four ranging in age from 11 - 25yrs old it's my goal and passion to share important life skills to help kids navigate this world in the most resilient ways possible.
During this class learners should have access to pencil and paper and basic coloured pencils.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
