Beginner Level
This is the first class in a *soon-to-be-released* 5-week self-paced Emotional Intelligence course, with each week featuring a 15-minute lesson. This single class will give you an opportunity to become familiar with my teaching style before committing to the bundle course. The primary goal of this single lesson is to help learners understand, identify, and express emotions in a healthy way.

The course is designed to be interactive and engaging, helping learners build emotional intelligence and practical skills for managing their emotions in daily life.

The content of the course is delivered through pre-recorded video. Learners will view the  content and the instructor simultaneously throughout the class.

Understanding and Expressing Emotions
 Learners will explore the concept of emotions, understand the importance of accurately identifying and expressing their feelings in a healthy way, as well as work develop a strong emotional vocabulary.

Learning Needs
This class fosters an inclusive environment tailored to diverse learning needs, utilizing clear and precise language, visual aids to enhance understanding, and interactive activities to promote engagement.
Parental Guidance
This class will not include any content that is socially deemed as scary, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for a supportive learning environment. All concepts and materials used are designed to be age-appropriate, positive, and focused on fostering emotional growth.
Pre-Requisites
This is a beginning level course. Learners don’t need prior knowledge about the topic. Learners should obtain the ability to follow directions independently, supported by a combination of audio and visual guidance to enhance understanding.
Supply List
Learners are encouraged to bring materials for note-taking or doodling during the class if they find it helpful. Also, I have provided a link to an example of an extended feeling word chart provided by the Oxford University Press, for if any learner would like to print a copy for themselves. All participation and engagement will be exclusively verbal.
