I am a certified health and life coach for teens and adults even though it is not required to have a certification to coach people. I do not diagnose or treat people. I have some experience teaching teens in this subject. I also have taken a lot of psychology classes. I have a bachelors degree in education. I have taught several classes for teenagers and younger students on wellness before, and they seem to respond fairly well.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class is not a therapeutic class and the students do not share any personal experience about themselves.
