In this lesson, students will watch the video lesson to learn the emotions as fear-based or love-based and the importance of taking the time to become aware of the emotions they are feeling through the bare awareness meditation

In this lesson students will watch the video lesson to learn the importance of expressing emotions with balance and ease by pausing, taking deep breaths, visualizing, and writing.

Hi! My name is Sharon and I have a deep passion for empowering others with the knowledge and support they need to live a magical life of joy, self-confidence, and emotional resiliency. I have a BA in Psychology, a Masters's Degree in Education, and a HeartMath Coaching certification. For many years I taught middle school science and science continues to be one of my passions. For the last seven years, I have been teaching and coaching kids on how to use their inner power to be their best selves and live a joyful and triumphant life. My personal coaching business, Radiate Love for Kids, keeps me busy when I'm not teaching at Outschool. I love to spend my time reading outside with my two tortoises, hiking, and traveling with my daughter. I love animals and meeting new people and looking forward to learning together on Outschool!
