Students will learn how to handle the challenges of life such as friend drama, bullying, sibling disputes, divorce, new living situations, etc. activities include meditation, writing, and drawing. I have 6 years of experience helping people of all ages learn tools to help with anger and anxiety management. Helping kids feel confident, safe, and emotionally resilient is a passion of mine. I am a HeartMath coach and personal development teacher that specializes in kids.
Homework includes practicing meditations and writing about their emotions.
